1 pkg Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayo
1-2 tomatillos
1/2-1 clove garlic, minced
1/2-1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/2 to 1 small jalapeno, seeds removed
I just mix this in the blender and let it set in the fridge for a few hours. Yummy!!!
