Corn & Black Bean Salsa
This is one of my favorites and is always a hit so I usually don't give it out!!!
Hope you like it!!
1 can black beans drained
1 can corn (i actually use 16 oz. frozen corn)
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped cucumber (you don't have to use the whole thing)
fresh cilantro chopped (use as much or little as you like)
1 small bottle italian dressing
( i like to use Kraft zesty italian dressing. sometimes the small bottle is hard to find so i use 1/2 of the regular size bottle)
Mix it all together & let it sit in the fridge until you need to serve it!!
Serve with tortilla chips!!
This is so yummy i've even had people eat it as a side dish without the chips!!!
Kids usually love it too!!!
